Dear ABA Members,
Included in this newsletter are photos from our April meeting, as well as articles related to the April presentations. Thank you, both presenters and ABA members who attended!
Our June meeting will likewise bring us two dynamic and important presentations. Mary Kirby of Segal will discuss the implications of the Inflation Reduction Act on Medicare Part D and the impact on our plans.
Erin McCabe of Grey and Grey LLP will talk about Covid and long Covid claims and the impact on our plans when we pay claims that should have been paid through Workers Compensation.
Both are not to be missed presentations, so we hope to see you at our meeting!
Lastly, if you haven’t already done so, please do send in your ABA 2023 membership dues! We rely on your membership to continue bringing you informative material and providing you with opportunities to network with your peers.
Next Meeting date is June 6th @ RWDSU 5th Floor Conference Room – 370 7th Avenue NYC 12:00 – 2:00 PM
If anyone has an article you would like to see in a future ABA newsletter, please contact me as well.
Thanks!

A message from Jonathon Ferguson, Truusight:
“Rather than providing an article written by us, I am attaching one that speaks to the work we do. And what’s best is it’s coming from the President’s office! I think the most important thing that we stress is our work, not as a point solution, but as a consulting firm focused on comprehensive mental health and substance use strategy. In essence, we come in and help organizations achieve success in implementing strategy, and managing the resources and members that need services.” CEO Truusight
