Ryan Chapman

Ryan Chapman is a 20 year veteran of the health and corporate wellness industry. In his current role as the Vice President of Sales at HealthCare Strategies he works to ensure that every self-insured employer has access to the tools they need to create transparency, cut costs and improve outcomes.

Greg Herbstman

Greg began his career with Paychex in November 1994. Over those years, he worked in NYC and NJ in Operations, Sales and Management. He remained in the Human Resource and Payroll Industry up until he joined Phoenix PBM in March 2015.
Since joining the company, he has worked on the expansion of our RxAdvantage Card program, and worked alongside his colleagues on growing their 340B services division. In February 2022, he was given the opportunity as our Labor Relations in the Northeast and this past May, was named our Director of National Labor Relations where he continues to focus on ensuring that clients are given every viable solution available to them to provide better care while finding impactful savings opportunities. He believes when you make informed decisions, they drive better outcomes.
